The coolest place Ive ever stayed!

I was blown away by this place. It was so incredibly clean and comfortable. And what a great concept! The covered wagon was completely equipped and they even give you gifts! The outdoor kitchen and fire pit were totally worth the extra price. This place is an absolute gem and they are still building so I can only imagine how much more awesome it will get. I hope they build a pool! I hope to be able to come back some day!

Best glamping resort near Zion National Park

Had a great experience staying at White Bison. The cliff dwelling was clean, spacious, and worth the cost. Unit included two beds, fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher. Dishes, cutlery, pots pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, bbq utensils, sponge, dish soap. Bathroom with large walk in shower. Plenty of towels. Up on the roof of your bungalow is a private hot tub, fire pit dining table, and huge gourmet gas bbq! Great view of mountains. Quiet, serene. Fully stocked supermarket only 3 miles away in La Verkin, to stock up. 14 miles from Springdale and the main park. FYI, the office offers free bags of ice. Besides the cliff dwelling individual bungalows (where we stayed), the resort also rents covered wagon style units and cone shape bungalows they call tee pees. The tee pee has bathroom, hot tub, and full outdoor kitchen. Wagons have bathroom, hot tub, and either a full outdoor kitchen or bbq — so you need to specify which you prefer. Staff is real friendly and helpful. No daily maid service unless you request it. Checking in/out is contactless; they send you your electronic door code, and a checkout code. We also checked out two other glamping resorts in the area, on Kolob Terrace Rd. Seemed crowded, and many of the canvas units did not have private bathrooms or kitchens. Definitely believe that White Bison was the best place to stay! We loved it and are looking forward to staying there again.

Best getaway!

We spent the weekend in one of the cliff dwellings. It was an amazing experience and I am already thinking about our next trip. It was a beautiful property. We enjoyed looked at the stars at night— I’ve never seen so many in my life. The property was quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly. I’d recommend this property to anyone!

Best Glamping Experience We Have Ever Had!

This honestly might be the coolest resort we have been to as a family. We have experienced other glamping resorts in the area and this one is by far the best! The tipi we stayed in was so fun and every single detail was thought out. We had a private hot tub, an amazing view of the water features and Zion, and a private kitchen we loved making dinner together in. At night we sat around our fire pit and it was amazing! The Tipi had a personal restroom inside and Heat & A/C. They even leave free gifts! nnDuring the day we drove into Zion to hike and adventure but were excited every night to come back and relax at the resort. It was so fun to walk down and see the White Bison they have on the property. It seems like they are adding pools, pickleball courts, and stores. we are excited to return and enjoy even more amazing amenities. nnThe staff was so friendly and we loved the family atmosphere. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great glamping experience!

This was our first “glamping” experience and we really enjoyed it! Upon arrival to our cliff dwelling, there was a backpack and deck of cards waiting for us and a binder full of helpful information about the resort and surrounding area. We made use of the hot tub, grill, and fire pit (perfect for s’mores) while taking in the views of the rocks around us. About a 20 minute drive to Springdale and the entrance of Zion, this was a great location for our home base while visiting the national park. Note: there is construction in the area around the resort (guessing for the RV sites) which we weren’t aware of beforehand, but we didn’t notice any noise interrupting our stay. Would love to come back in a few years to see the finished result of this resort!

Great stay for a family of 4

Great family stay! Wagons are new and very clean. We were greeted with a White Bison bag and playing cards as a welcome gift. We were a family of 4 with a two queen bed set up and there isnt a ton of room for luggage, etc. but we tried to keep as much as we could in the car. Having a private bathroom in the wagon was great! Water was hot (Doesnt run out) and AC was perfect. They provided shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Enough towels, spare blankets, skewers for fire pit (kids made smores with them). Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Mattress was fabulous, the best we experienced in any hotel. I still cant believe how much they fit into the space! Location was very convenient to Zion and a grocery store not far away. The set up outside was great. Nice chairs and stools around the fire pit. A nice picnic table. Gas firepit and grill; it was nice to not mess with firewood and charcoal. The Bison on the property was a great bonus! I would definitely recommend if you want to take in a Wagon experience in the Zion area.

Delightful Glamping Experience

What an amazing experience! Upscale “glamping” definitely describes this wonderfully charming resort.nnFamily friendly, with many options to chose from for lodging. There are Conestoga wagons (there are bathrooms inside each of them), cliff dwellings (think upscale two-level studio), and tee pees. All of these options were surprisingly well-stocked with amenities and very well maintained. nnWe stayed in the cliff dwelling, and the bottom level consisted of a well-equipped kitchen (frig, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dishes and cookware). There is also a large walk in stone and granite shower and the basics (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). What I appreciated was the make up remover towelette, the black wash clothes and the body lotion. Also, there was a complimentary backpack in our room which came in handy on our hikes!nnThe upper deck had a full bbq, hot tub and fire pit table with chairs. The balcony is the perfect place to share a family meal, or relax with your partner and enjoy the quiet and sounds of the local birds that fly past. nnThe staff were friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive to questions or recommendations. There are also discount codes for Jeep adventure tours, so we took advantage of that!nnI should also point out there are air conditioners, televisions and ceiling fans on the cliff dwellings, but who would want to watch tv when your surrounded by nature! Highly recommend!!

Glamping at it’s best!

Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re interested in a unique glamping experience. We stayed in the Bison tipi which offered a personal outdoor hot tub (heated & ready to go), fire pit and fully stocked outdoor kitchen. We celebrated a birthday and the staff had a basket of goodies waiting for us which added a nice personal touch! It’s located just about 15mins outside of Zion. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Fabulous and cosy!

This place is just WOW!! We stayed in wagon number 17, dusty trail. It’s amazing how warm and cosy these wagons are. We were expecting it to be more like sleeping in a tent but with an integrated heating/ac unit the temperature is constant. The location is stunning. There is some construction happening but it didn’t effect our views much at all. nThere were only a few other people staying here when we did which was a surprise as it’s such a cool spot, maybe it attracts more families. I can imagine it could get noisy, like any campsite when it’s full but they enforce a quite time at 10pm which would be helpful.nWe had issues with the hot water which they couldn’t fix so they gave us a 10% discount and allowed us use of the neighbouring wagon. nThe outdoor kitchen is fully stocked and great to use. It’s so lovely to be outside, even when it’s cold!nThe kids loved the novelty as did we, my son is a bison fan so was thrilled to be able to see them here! nIt’s a 17 minute drive to the park gates which was fine, we were told to go before 7.30am to get a parking spot but there was no need to be there so early as the temperature has dropped over the last few days.nWe were left a complimentary backpack and playing cards! I loved this little extra detail!nWe would absolutely stay again and recommend this whole heartedly to anyone looking for somewhere a bit more exciting and different to stay!

Amazing

Just returned home and can’t wait to go back. My husband and I stayed in the covered wagon and it was absolutely amazing. The attention paid to detail was spot on. We had a king bed, table with two comfortable large chairs,TV, refrigerator, keurig coffee machine and a beautiful bathroom and shower. Fire pit, grill and table outside. nIt is very close to Zion National Park and the towns of Springdale, La Verkin and Hurricane. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops. We also floated the Virgin River.nI 100% recommend staying here, you will love it!

Loved it!

I rarely, if ever, write reviews. Im not a person that camps or glamps. I prefer comfort and luxury in general. Wanted to try something different, and I LOVE this place! Our wagon (Elixir #20) was perfect! I love that we were able to have an awesome outdoor experience while being cozy, safe, and comfortable. Very clean (which is massively important to me) quaint decor, fire pit and private BBQ area outside. Lots of attention to detail inside, even something as simple a special dark colored makeup towel for the ladies in the bathroom, AND we received a wonderful backpack gift with all sorts of goodies. You can tell management is attentive and cares. Absolutely loved it!

Unique and Fun

we stayed in the covered wagon in the queen and bunkbeds for our 2 adult children. really unique glamping experience, fun for adults and kids of all ages. the wagon has everything you need and expect like a hotel room-comfy beds, kerig machine, TV, full bathroom (tiny shower-think RV size), extra blankets, etc. BBQ, gas-powered firepit and mini-fridge units outside next to wagon. We didnt use the mini-frig or BBQ but did have an impromptu smores session one night which was loads of fun. easy, contact-less entry, youre given a code to enter the day you arrive and we got a welcome bag with snacks, water, chapstick, ear plugs, mini-sunscreens, etc, a really nice personalized touch. note: the covered wagons have several stairs to climb to enter the unit, if mobility is an issue Id suggest staying in one of the Tipis instead.nGreat location, not too far from Zion National Park.nFun place for anybody who wants to have a unique lodging experience and a great place to take kids. We stayed in January and pretty much had the park to ourselves, I imagine summer months are busier but there are quiet hours. nIll admit I was a bit nervous staying at such a new place with no reviews, but everything was as promised and more.nwould we stay again? absolutely. youre not going to find a place like this anywhere else
