Luxury Lodging Near Zion National Park

Zion White Bison was a fantastic accommodation for our Girls Trip 2025. There were 4 of us in a wagon with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen. We slept on the bunks and used the queen for our suitcases. While tight quarters for 4 women who pack too much, it worked perfectly since we were outside except to sleep and shower. The beds and blankets were sooo comfy. Our wagon had an outdoor kitchen and private hot tub, both of which we used every evening! Relaxing with a drink in the hot tub and talking about our day under the stars was the best! The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to respond, and the entire place was clean and beautifully maintained. The views were perfect and we were a short 15 minute drive to Zion. We wanted a unique stay and this place made our Zion visit even better than expected!

We rented the Swift Creek wagon and were pleasantly surprised that our family of 4 fit very nicely in the space. We loved the heater since we experienced some cold nights, the bathroom was spacious and clean and well stocked with hygiene products. They had extra blankets which came in handy. The kitchen was a bonus and came with everything we needed to make a proper dinner. The staff is really awesome from answering our questions via text in a super timely and thorough manner to taking care of a simple maintenance issue while we there - showed up in a matter of minutes after texting about the issue! Everything about this stay was an A+!

What a neat experience! We chose to stay here as a treat on the last night of our Zion trip. Hot tub was great, shower was huge and awesome. They really fit a lot in this cozy space. Would have stayed every night of our trip if it was a little less expensive and a tiny bit closer to entrance of Zion. Loved that everything was self check in/out and very easy.

Beautiful park! Still pretty new so the trees still need to grow to be able to provide some shade. Our visit was in October and it wasn’t crowded at all and was very quiet. Centrally located between La Verkin/Hurricane (which is the only place for real groceries) and about 15 minutes from the park. We used the RV parks provided shuttle one day ($10) and drove into Springdale the next. We would definitely go back.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it. The RV pads were fantastic. They were so well taken care of and the grass was beautiful. I loved the location, away from the highway noise, next to the river among the gorgeous scenery- wow! My kids loved the heated pool and seeing the bison. The sports court was so fun, and we loved that it stayed lit at night for some fun games of pickleball. Everyone we interacted with at the resort was so helpful. We will stay here again for sure.

Zion White Bison was an great place to stay foe our trip to Zion! We stayed in the kiva /cliffside dwelling. The decor was beautiful, unique and comfortable! The upstairs hot tub was used everyday and it looked out into the mesas. The manager was very helpful and communicative. We will stay there again if we visit Zion again!

Our glamping at Zion White Bison was incredible. We stayed at one of the wagons, w/o kitchen. The location, accommodations and amenities actually superseded our expectations. We loved playing pickle ball, hot tub & pool, and fireplace time with friends. Very responsive staff. Next time I would buy less food, the resort is easily accessible to nearby stores and restaurants and can purchase food daily if needed. We had plenty space in mini fridge and didn't need to buy a cooler to store food but bought it anyway thinking is a more remote resort. Would come back here for sure. Maybe will try tipi next time. Thank you guys.

We came in to attend Red Bull Rampage and stayed in one of the "wagons" at the Zion White Bison. Our whole stay was fantastic: the rooms were comfortable and provided a warm and lovely place to sleep, and the access to the hikes and trails around Virgin was excellent. My kids loved the fire-pit for S'mores, and we wandered down to see the buffalo both evenings. We also used the pickleball courts, the pool and hot tub and and tether ball courts. We would definitely go back!

The customer service at this place rivals even the AMAZING environment, ambiance, rooms and views. ALL of them were 5 stars. We so enjoyed our stay and were planning our trip back before we even left. We stayed in the covered wagons. We had an outdoor grill complete with all the kitchen tools one would need. We had a fire pit and a hot tub. We went with my sons school and it was so great how the entire facility is set up so that we could all spend time together and have "family style" meals. The views from every cabin were absolutely beautiful. LOVED the concept of each place. We had friends stay in the TeePees and also the Cliff Dwellings and both of them were just so cute and fun. The service was so fast and friendly. The hospitality was unrivaled. We can't wait to go back.

My wife and I along with our two dogs enjoyed a six night stay at Zion White Bison RV resort from Oct 11th - Oct 17th 2025. The facilities are immaculate and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival, we checked in at the office and received a cheery welcome and overview of the facilities and we were then escorted to our RV space by one of the staff members. This made getting to our space so very easy and eliminated any searching by us. The restroom and shower facilities are excellent and although the heated pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting, we didn't use them because we were traveling each day to see the sights. There are two fenced dog run areas on the property that our pups used to burn off some energy and a catch and release fishing pond where I managed to toss a line and catch two small bass in less than a half hour. The resort is conveniently located to Zion NP and many other attractions. While there, we toured Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Kolob Canyons, and the Dixie National Forest. We highly recommend this RV resort and will definitely return again.

We recently ended our mighty five trip at the Zion White Bison resort. It was amazing. We stayed in the chief luxury teepee. It was so beautiful. It had everything you needed. The hot tub was really nice after 8 days of hiking.Staff was amazing. Easy no contact check in. The new store was so beautiful. The amenities were fabulous and still building with more to come. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at White Bison are so professional and kind. They do everything to make your stay pleasant! The glamping was so perfectly peaceful and we loved hearing the kids having so much fun. White Bison is a special place and worth the money!

This place is absolutely amazing. For the same price as hotels nearby, what an experience! We stayed in Proud Mary. We loved the outdoor area with fire pit and hot tub and full kitchen. While we did not use all amenities, we were able to have what we needed. We did have to drive into the town area each time we went to eat but the drive is easy and the views spectacular. Would love to return and spend more time.

We stayed in the RV site and it’s just the best ever: its brand new and super clean with beautiful setting you have access to everything: pool hot tub spa fire pit lake mini golf course plus the adorable white bisons! Staff were super friendly and helpful making us feel home! The owner apparently invested big on making this a beautiful relaxation resort for guests so everything shows the quality in details! 100% recommending and we would love to come back!

Everything about the glamping site is top notch! We stayed in a teepee that had all the amenities like a fire pit, and a full outdoor kitchen. We were impressed at how every detail was thought of! The views were amazing and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s located conveniently near Zion as well. We had an amazing time and highly recommend the glamping site!

What a cool place! We stayed in the Covered Wagon, it was Posh, very comfortable, what an awesome experience! Do it! Staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

We spent two days at the resort. Everything was perfect. We had two couples and rented one unit with and one unit without the cooking unit. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cooking unit had everything we needed for making a nice meal and enjoying the view. The hot tub and fire pit were very nice.

This place should be a 10 star best park we have stayed at in a long time, maybe ever!

Zion White Bison was such an amazing experience! It’s about a 30-minute drive from Zion National Park and the closest town. Plus, there are a few restaurants nearby. The facility has four sections: RVs, Cliff Dwellings, Wagons, and Tee-pees. It was super quiet, both day and night. The Wagons and Tee-pees are all around a man-made pond. The Cliff Dwelling was really nice and roomy. The bed was comfy, which I appreciate since I like a bit of firmness. There’s a couch and coffee table next to the bed, which is great after a day of exploring. If you’re into watching TV at the end of the night, they’ve got a Roku and WiFi with decent speeds. The bathroom was also quite spacious, which I wasn’t expecting, but I loved the shower. The kitchen was okay, not too big, but it had everything you need, like cooking utensils, plates, silverware, and a stove. On the roof, there’s a hot tub, grill, and gas-powered fire. We really made the most of the roof’s amenities, more than I thought we would! Down by the RV area there is also an area to see bison! Please don’t be that person who ignores all the clear signage expressing not to pet the animals. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place at the end of the day.

Loved this place for its uniqueness and amenities. After a couple long hikes in Zion, it was great to relax in our private hot tub overlooking amazing view of the mountains. I will absolutely come back here next time.

The staff and facilities are top notch! Very, very nice amenities, close to Zion NP (shuttle available), extremely quiet and great views of the Park from anywhere on the property. Very well thought out and exceptionally maintained.

We stayed here in our RV while visiting Zion. It’s an easy 20 min drive to the park. Beautiful setting and new RV park.We enjoyed the pickleball courts, hot tub, clean laundry facilities and large sites. We will be back!

We had a great stay. Everyone at the office was great. The facility is amazing and will get better and better as it develops.

I've stayed here 3 times over the last 2 years and you will not find a better staff at any other resort, anywhere. Each time I've stayed I watched more and more amenities get added (with even more on the way), and this last time we were able to get out and explore the immediate area vs just going to Zion National Park. If you have a mountain bike or one of those E bikes you can take off right out of the resort and catch trails in every direction with amazing views; or if you hike/walk or have an off road vehicle of virtually any type. There is definitely more exploring you can do right out of the resort on foot than can be accomplished in just a weekend. I've found that the other resorts in the area, you're kind of just confined to them. I really love that this place is right on the Virgin River. We stayed in a tipi unit this time around and they're a LOT bigger inside than you would expect. Every little thing at this place is an attraction (like disneyland) from the aesthetics to the sink/faucets in the bathroom. Large roomy showers, and absolutely love the quiet at night and the privacy. If you love taking landscape photos, this place is a must for that too.

I can not recommend this place enough!! We stayed in the wagon section , Absolutely beautiful !! They have everything you need ! And the staff is the best ! They were so helpful with my stay there both nights with my daughter. Everything is so last minute with me and they jumped right on it when I would need or ask for something ! I wish I got the names of the wonderful staff that helped me with my stay. We will definitely be back to try out one of the teepees or cliff dwellings . Thank you so much for a relaxing weekend away !

Loved the resort! It’s very well thought out with all the small things that make the difference when traveling. Definitely on my return to list and I highly recommend!

This RV Resort is in a beautiful location. Quiet, clean and awesome views. The pool and hot tub was great after a day of travel. The showers and restroom was very clean and spacious. The whole team here is great. We would recommend this too everyone.

Nice campground. New so the trees and still small. Bathrooms, showers laundry and pool are all in one building across from the office. Not enough cell to get internet from our connecten. 1-2 bars on Verizon. About 20 minutes to zion.

We stayed in the RV park. The park is beautiful and so are the views. The pool, jacuzzi and showers are all great. The employees are friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. We had two problems that created extra work for the staff. They were very understanding and went out of their way to help.
