unless otherwise noted, all references to Zion Sunset Holdings/Escape Resorts/Zion White Bison
Glamping + RV Resort include https://www.zionwhitebisonresort.com, ZWBR, Escape Resorts, LLC,
https://www.weepingbuffalo.com and https://www.escapervresorts.com. The ZWBR website is a
ecommerce site. By using the ZWBR website, you consent to the data practices described in this

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, ZWBR may collect personally
identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase ZWBR’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This
information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

ZWBR may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as

Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform “Podium”, a United States company with an office in Lehi, UT. As well as our reservation software Track TNS which uses twilio. This data will be used for sending you targeted messages and notifications upon arrival. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link, we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.
