This is an absolute must if you are into unique but comfortable stays. The cliff dwelling (with hot tub) was clean and comfortable with breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the live bison on the property were amazing. One of a kind experience, will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot with great views, easy check in, we loved the outdoor kitchen. We stayed in the teepee, and it was perfect for us.

We had an amazing time! The facilities were beautiful and the rooms/ area around the rooms were great! The view was beautiful as well. I did think it was closer to Zion than it was, but honestly a great location to spend some time with friends and family.

Great hospitality, we arrived after hours (22:00), were able to text with a very nice and helpful woman, she made the reservation right away, someone waited for us and within minutes minutes we are enjoying this new. Rey comfortable RV park… Thank you, if we are back in the region, we know where to stay…

Stayed in the Grafton Covered Wagon unit 3 nights while visiting Zion National Park. Loved everything about our stay. The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail. We were given a secure passcode to enter our unit in advance. The wagon felt very safe, clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. When we arrived the air conditioning was turned on, they left us a complimentary gift, there were plenty of towels, pillows, extra blankets, & toiletries The outdoor space is meticulously manicured with beautiful landscaping, fire pit, tables, and pond with stunning views. Staff is available for any questions or requests with quick response times. Nice area close to restaurants, parks, shopping, and activities. Thank you for sharing your space with others to enjoy quality time. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was an amazing experience. We rented the Kiva and I swear, we must have been the first one to ever use the place! It was so clean, the room, kitchen, bathroom, and all of the furnishings looked brand new! I could not find a speck of dust even in the creases of the lamps. The rooftop with the grill, hot tub and a beautiful view was all that was needed after a long day hiking, in the National Park. The White Bison was our home away from home and we will come back. I can't tell you the best unit number as I want to make sure it is available on our next return trip 🙂 The welcome gift that was waiting for us was an amazing touch. I will not tell you and spoil the surprise, but you can tell that the company culture of this resort is strong in the way of client perspective. They have thought of everything! Even a flashlight near the front door!

Everything was wonderful!!! But at night when we tried to stargaze a lot of the other units lights were on and that bothered us a bit. It would be cool to have a lights out time frame along with the quiet time. Maybe 10pm to 12am. Other than that loved it and would definitely go again.

Place is great and unique!! It's only 15min drive to Zion entrance. We rent a wagon and it was an amazing experience; the only thing to improve is that the wagon doesn't have any space to accommodate clothes.

Very cool concept. We did a teepee by the pond #36 "Crow." It was very nice with a well equipped outdoor kitchen. The only slight knock was the bathroom sink is mostly clogged and needs to be cleaned out as it was very slow. Otherwise would stay again. I don't think the pool is done yet but looks almost done and will make it very complete. Pet friendly too.

The staff was amazing! Everyone treated us very well and was very accommodating. Don went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. I can’t wait to go back.

You’re so close to Zion and you get such a unique experience. We stayed in a teepee on the pond. It was the perfect way to relax after a day in the park. We loved it and cannot wait to come back. This place will quickly become a tradition for our family.

Amazing rental! We stayed in the Crow tepee. We LOVED the outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi and fire pit as well as the comfy interior. The bathroom is huge. The view from our jacuzzi of the pond and the mountains was beautiful. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay here! Its very convenient to all the area has to offer. We really appreciated the free shuttle they offer to Zion Park (shout out to Don who is the kindest man in all of the area for driving us). Our family took full advantage of the pickleball courts and going to see the white bison on site. The site was very clean and impeccably maintained. We can't wait to return when the pool is done! Highly recommend!

We love Zion And I’m glad we got to stay in this resort You have everything you need Seriously I love this place I know pool will be open in the future and I can’t wait for them to finish and open all the amenities It would have been amazing having bikes been able to swim the kitchen is amazing the wagon was so comfortable and like I said you just have to bring your food The fridge comes handy and the ice maker I love it this is the way I like to travel We grilled both days and everything came out amazing we love this place and can’t wait to come back on the future

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful and unique experience! We stayed at a cliff house and the roof top hot tub was so cool to enjoy the mountain views and the night sky in. It was close to Zion as well which was a perk. We loved the unique design and decorations. It definitely provided a more immersive experience in the desert which was exactly what we were looking for coming from Washington state. The kitchen was convenient and the space was very comfortable and cozy (and thank goodness for the A/C)! They left a complementary gift for us when we arrived and the check-in process was super streamlined with them texting us our code to get in so we could check in after hours. The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions. And the amenities felt luxurious especially the large slate shower and stone floors throughout the cliff house. I can’t recommend this place enough for someone looking for a more luxurious and unique experience than a hotel.

The wagon experience was amazing. Great for families with kids. Our backyard had a hot tub, fire pit and games for the kids.

Zion was incredible and a great place to visit. We have rarely spent time at our hotel while visiting National Parks. White Bison was the exception. Every evening we chilled in the backyard of our Stage Coach. It was the best accommodation of any vacation to date. Absolutely worth it.

We had an amazing time at Zion White Bison. Our wagon was clean and our experience was upscale exactly what we were looking for. This place is amazing!

We loved our glamping experience. This place was great. From booking to arrival to check-out was easy. Communication was great. We had a tipi on the pond and loved it! We could not hear any neighboring noise while inside the tipi and it was very peaceful while sitting outside enjoying the evenings. Our unit was very clean. The only thing I would say is that I had 2 teenage girls and having only one mirror in the bathroom was challenging but that is a minor issue and would not change my 5 star review at all. The drive into Springdale was an easy one. We were in the area about 48 hours and then went to Vegas for our last day and about 4 hours at Vegas both girls asked to go back glamping. It was a hit.

This was a very unique and wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay. I don’t like camping but really enjoyed the outdoors and this provided the perfect combination. The grounds are very well kept, it was lovely. Very clean, peaceful and relaxing. Our favorite part of it all was staying up by the fire making s’mores, drinking a glass of wine and stargazing. We are definitely planning to return, we are looking forward for the pool to open.

This is an amazing place to stay, it was immaculate and clean! So close to Zion National Park and Zion Tubing. This resort has beautiful rooms which we had the pleasure in staying in the Cliff Dwelling and the Covered Wagon. It had everything we needed and just the perfect size and amenities. Not crowded and so peaceful! The pool is still being built which would make it even more perfect if we could enjoy that too, maybe next time. We had so much fun playing pickleball both nights we were there. I highly recommend staying here vs a boring hotel.

Zion White Bison RV was the coolest RV park we have ever stayed in. The grounds were immaculate, the office staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the views are AMAZING! We took advantage of the walking path and discovered you can drop a tube in the creek and float around. There is a catch & release pond on site. And although we didn’t try pickle all, the courts were pristine. It was a short drive to Zion NP. I hope we get the chance to e to visit again in the future!!!!

Perfect place to stay with the family! Definitely recommend it and hope to come back one day

Had the most amazing time!

Beautiful location!!! Staff are friendly and helpful!!! Had a great time here! Highly recommend!!! It was nice to get a free dump card to the nearest dump site in lieu of the sewer not being complete here yet, but that should be completed soon - it was not a much of a nuisance anyway. There are actually white bison here that you can go visit and say hi too! That was so cool! Highly recommend this spot! (We did the rv section)

Great place to experience Zion and surrounding places. Room were comfortable and waking up to the Mountain View is indescribable. We were out of hand soap and some was delivered within 5 minutes. We stayed in the cliff dwellers and would not change anything about our stay. I definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We stayed in covered wagon #17 (with a hot tub and outdoor kitchen). It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is close to Zion, stores, restaurants. We will be back someday! It looked like a swimming pool is being built? That’s the only think we wished had been there.

This place is still under development but is great. Somebody is investing a ton of money! Once they get the sewer installed and swimming pool completed, I’m sure they will raise the price. Green turf between spacious sites, in desert Utah?! They must water continuously! Wi-Fi works great! Beautiful views!

Après avoir passé une nuit dans le Tipi Chief Nr 41 nous ne pouvons que faire l'éloge du Zion White Bison. L'agencement de l'intérieur du Tipi est tout simplement bluffant, tout le confort moderne dans une ambiance digne d'un Western. Les abords avec une terrasse, une kitchenette complètement équipée avec BBQ, lave vaisselle, feu de camp... A ne manquer sous aucun prétexte

Loved the experience!

We absolutely loved our time staying at the White Bison Resort. We stayed in the covered wagon with the outdoor kitchen and hot tub. It was so nice to come back from the park with a full day of hiking and it was perfect. The staff was super helpful. Our ice machine had a little mishap so they gave us ice throughout our stay just to be safe. The bison on property were so entertaining to watch. The other guests were very respectful of quiet hours and we appreciated that. We got great nights of sleep.

We stayed in unit #11 – Shoshone Cliff Dwelling – and it was incredible. Spotlessly clean, super cozy, and beautifully designed. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — especially during sunset. Everything felt peaceful and private, and the whole place has such a special vibe. Perfect mix of nature and comfort. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This glamping experience is absolutely fantastic and 100% worth the cost. Astonishing views, a cozy vibe, and a clean, comfortable villa make it unforgettable. Stargazing from the private deck is magical, and soaking in the hot tub under the stars is pure bliss.

Awesome! I love coming back to this place! And now they have pickleball courts! It’s TOO awesome now!

Zion White Bison is the most amazing experience!! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The park is beautiful, clean and well kept! We will definitely be back to enjoy the teepees and the cliff dwelling units! The Grafton covered wagon was awesome!!

We stayed at the RV Park. This place is absolutely one of the best places we’ve stayed. Staff is informative and friendly. Grounds are impeccable. They are very dog friendly. The grass was extremely thick, lush and wonderfully cooling on a hot day. Our dogs loved rolling around in it and would bury their noses in it.
